What is Title IX?
Title IX is a federal civil rights law that states:

When to Contact the Coordinator
Students should contact the Coordinator or Representative to:
- Seek information about rights and available actions
- File a complaint or report sexual misconduct
- Notify the University of incidents or concerns
- Access confidential resources and support services
- Ask about university policies and procedures
Investigation Process
When a report is filed, the Coordinator oversees a thorough and impartial investigation that includes:
- Conducting interviews with all parties鈥
- Informing parties about the grievance process
- Establishing witness credibility鈥
- Evaluating evidence impartially鈥
- Determining sanctions when violations occur鈥
- Connecting survivors with resources
