Welcome to Kayak Utila!
Kayaking in Utila is a great way to see and experience the waters of this Caribbean island, located in the Bay Islands of Honduras. Whether new to kayaking, or an experienced kayaker, we can create a trip right for you.
We offer a variety of options for kayaking on Utila, from guided 1/2 day and day trips to week long full inclusive kayak vacations.
Day Trips: For our day trips and 1/2 day trips, you can choose from a short trip along our turquoise waters, or maybe incorporate a little snorkeling at one of our fabulous dive buoys? Or perhaps a longer trip and one of our favorites, kayaking through the mangrove channels to the the North side at Rock Harbor. Another trip we’ve been enjoying is kayaking down to the Utila Cays, and then we can either paddle back or “hitch a ride” with a water taxi. Check out our page on Day Tours for details.
Extended Kayaking Trips In Utila: New this year to the waters of Utila, we were the first to bring extended week long Utila kayaking trips. This all inclusive vacation spends time on the main part of Utila in Blue Bayou and also bases out of Little Cay. Fabulous snorkeling, food, scenery- this is a great opportunity to truly “immerse” yourself into Utila’s waters. Experience helpful but not required.
